Her various roles of producer, writer and former dance and choreography agent have allowed her to work collaboratively with major dance & visual artists in the industry ranging from the creative visionaries leading the professional dance world, to the industry’s most respected production & lighting designers, directors for both television & live shows, camera/technical crews and network/production teams.. A collaborative spirit, strong leadership skills, creative vision, and a broad range of experience in all visual mediums has been the key to Teresa’s continued success.

Niki Hankins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting.An experienced professional with a background in management, human resources, and customer service, she has been working with Teresa Taylor and Cre8ive Experiential Partners for over ten years. Her reputation for building rapport with internal and external stakeholders, for outstanding analytical skills, and for meticulous attention to detail, has blended perfectly when stepping into the world of production.
Legal & Intellectual Property Consultant
Megan currently holds a Postgraduate Research position at University of Glasgow’s CREATe initiative at the RCUK centre for copyright and new business models in the creative economy and expects to complete her Ph.D. in Law in 2016. She earned her LL.M. at SOAS, University of London and her J.D. with honors at University of California Hastings College of the Law, where she also served as a Staff Editor on the Hastings West by Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. However, Megan’s first love was dance, and she was awarded a full, year-long dance and performing arts scholarship at EDGE Performing Arts Center prior to her legal pursuits.
She has experience in the entertainment industry, not only with dance performance, but also in administration and production; she has had the privilege of working with Teresa Taylor on various projects over the past 15 years. Megan’s most recent industry legal position was with Partnerships, Licensing & Digital at NBCUniversal, focusing on contract drafting and negotiations as well as legal research. She has previous legal experience in music licensing as well as technology licensing in academia. Megan plans to utilize her legal education and passion for the arts to protect artists and creative industries within the domestic and international intellectual property framework.
